Clinical Director
Dr Victoria Hoyle
Dr Hoyle is a GP in Halewood with a special interest in Womens Health and Health Inequalities. In her role as Clinical Director she provides strategic and clinical leadership to the PCN by developing and implementing strategic plans, leading and supporting quality improvement and performance across the 11 member practices and ensuring that the national contracting requirements from NHSE are met.

The Clinical Director is assisted by a team of managers who are responsible for the day to day running of the services provided by the PCN and the management of the staff employed by the PCN. In addition to this, the Management Team are responsible for liaising with the member practices to ensure that the PCN DES requirements are met.
Staff
As part of the PCN we have been able to recruit a mix of clinical and administration staff to assist with the provision of services for patients at Practice Level.
So far we have employed 3 advanced Nurse Practitioners, 3 Paramedics, 2 Social Prescribing Link Workers and 5 Care Coordinators with a view to expanding this over the coming months.
Clinical Pharmacists
Each member practice within the PCN have a dedicated pharmacist that works for them, assisting with medication reviews and practice workload in relation to medicines management.
First Contact Practitioners
The PCN has access to a physiotherapist able to assist patients with new musculoskeletal ailments and can be accessed via your own GP surgery.
Mental Health Practitioners
Together with Merseycare, the PCN employs Mental Health Practitioners. They work at Primary care level and act as an interface between the GP and secondary care mental health services. Patients can access this service via their own GP Surgery.
